How it all began
Think Ahead was founded as an educational group by former students of British schools in Madrid, who went on to study at some of the world’s top universities. What united them was a shared passion for British and international education, and a clear vision of making a difference: a bespoke approach built on small groups, state-of-the-art facilities and the best professionals in the industry.
It all started in a small office just outside Madrid, as a single tutoring academy with only four classrooms. That first room was the beginning of everything that followed.
Where we stand today
Over a decade we have grown into two brands, Think Ahead Education and Virtus College, and within Think Ahead Education a family of specialised subservices: Think Ahead Academy, Think Ahead Online, Think Ahead Schooling, University Coaching and B2B. Each one has been specifically designed to create a unique learning experience, offering students an unparalleled network of resources and support that is hard to imagine in other educational institutions.

Our team
Behind every result is a team of more than 80 international-education experts. Our tutors, teachers and coaches studied at Oxford, Imperial, UCL and equivalent universities, and many sat the very same exams our students are preparing for, so they understand the journey from the inside.
They are specialists in the British curriculum, the International Baccalaureate and the realities of international schooling. Every one of them is trained in the Think Ahead method and shares a genuine vocation for teaching, and that is what turns deep expertise into real, visible progress for each student.
