This privacy policy of THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. sets out how we process the personal data that you provide, or may provide, while browsing, and the data protection policy that will apply to such data, so that users may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide it and continue browsing.

THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. informs you that the data provided and the processing thereof are documented in the Records of Processing Activities held by the company.

We have adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data that we process, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties. Nevertheless, you should be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

All data requested through the Website and marked as mandatory (*) are necessary in order to provide the user with an optimal service. In the event that not all the data is provided, the Provider does not guarantee that the information and services provided will be entirely suited to your needs.

When you accept this Privacy Policy, you do so in an express, free, informed and unequivocal manner, so that your personal data may be processed by THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. for the following purposes:

Social Media

THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. has a profile on some of the main social media on the Internet (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). The processing that we will carry out with Followers’ data will be, at most, that which the social network permits for corporate profiles. Accordingly, THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. may inform its followers, by any means that the social network permits, about its activities and offers. Under no circumstances will THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. extract data from social media if it has not previously been authorised to do so by the USER.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, THINK AHEAD ACADEMY, S.L. may terminate, suspend or interrupt access to the contents of the page at any time and without the need for prior notice, with no possibility for the User to demand any compensation.
