The profile we look for
- A degree from a leading university, many of our team studied at Oxford, Imperial, UCL or equivalent institutions.
- Real command of your subject and its exam board: Pearson Edexcel, Cambridge CAIE or the IB.
- Teaching or tutoring experience, and the exam-technique instinct to turn knowledge into marks.
- A genuine vocation for education, you like working with teenagers and you want them to do well.
- Reliability and professionalism: you prepare, you show up, and you communicate clearly with families and colleagues.
- The right to work in Spain for in-person roles, or a quiet, professional setup to teach online from your timezone.
